2015 Clean Up

I'm cleaning up my newsletter subscriber list. I have a lot of great things happening in 2015 and I want my readers to be informed first. That means anyone who is on my newsletter list will get the news and information first. Not Facebook. Not Twitter. Not Instagram. Not Tumblr. All the people who want to be informed are you, my newsletter peeps and I'm very excited!
I sent out a confirmation email to all the pending subscribers, which are a lot, so be sure to check your spam folder. Be sure to check out my website for all the latest updates on where I will be hanging out so you can come hang out with me. Click the tab above!

Queen City Indie Con

I'm excited to be attending the Queen City Indie Con this Friday and Saturday!

Queen City IndieCon is an event in Cincinnati Ohio, featuring literary royalty from the world of Indie authors. There will be two days jam packed with giveaways, food, interesting talks, and a book signing! If that’s not enough for our authors and premium ticket holders you will be invited to several after parties and a ball. That’s right, we will have a ball called the Royal Affair Awards Ceremony. Dress up and enjoy yourself as we watch which authors will be taking home the tiaras.

I'm on two panels with some awesome Indie authors.
9:30-10:30am Panel - It's All About the Marketing From choosing the right categories and tags, to placing ads where it counts, find out how to make your time and dollars count when it comes to marketing. Author Envy or Jealousy And How NOT To Fall Into It!

This post was originally posted in 2012. Unfortunately I have succumbed to this whole jealousy thing again! It's so sad because as you will read on...things have not changed. The only thing that has changed is the fact I'm considered a Hybrid author; meaning I'm self published and traditionally published.  The saddest part about this whole jealous things is there are no lines. Jealousy and author envy are higher than ever. . . .enjoy! ********************************************************* This post was originally posted in January, but lately I have seen a lot of jealousy going on in the indie community and this post got a lot of attention then, so I hope to spread it around again. Please be sure to facebook, tweet, and social media to death this post.
It's a sad day when a member of the indie community publicly scorns another indie author. It's classless to do these things. I live by the saying "actions speak louder than words." Always take the high…

I hope you enjoy going back to where it all began. . .the innocent life of Whispering Falls were the magic is so subtle in the land of the spiritualists that it just happens to snuck up on you.
